Double Play Films is holding auditions for its feature film TABLE 47.

In the movie, an average pizzeria owner falls for a married woman with an abusive husband and plans to murder him. After succeeding, he discovers he’s the victim of an elaborate con, one he may not survive.

DPF will be casting the following characters. Actors winning these roles will be paid.

Amy – mid 30s. A predatory woman. Knows what she wants. She’ll deceive any man with strong sexual appeal, intelligence and wit.

Troy – mid 30’s. A cop…maybe. Amy’s brother…maybe. Does Amy’s dirty work. Slick. Logical. Easy to draw in a victim who is blinded by the badge.

Robert Dean – 40s-60s. Homicide Detective. Has seen it all, but this case intrigues and revitalizes him.

Jill – late teens, early 20’s. Buxom temptress used to getting her way.

“There’s great talent in Colorado. We look forward to discovering it in these auditions,” said Jeff Kingery who will direct the film.

Table 47 will be shot in and around Denver, Colorado, in August and September.
